Q: How can I acquire a subscription license to IbO?

A: You can purchase a subscription to IbO from the site Plantel Store. You only have to follow the steps indicated.
All the IbO services are purchased as a subscription for a period of time. Therefore you don't need to buy the software package but only pay to use it, allowing you to reduce your cost. Furthermore, it turns into a results-based cost, so you can decline the subscription renewal if you decide not to keep on using our services. In addition, you don't need to install anything or invest in servers or networks.

Q: How long is the subscription to IbO? When does it expire?

A: The subscription validity to IbO lite, IbO pro or IbO suite is one year, but can be renewed repeatedly on having finished the period. In any case, we will report you on the proximity of the renewal date in advance enough, and will provide you the option of give it up in case you didn't want to keep on using our services. Installation and use of my IbO package

Q: Who is in charge of the installation of IbO? Where is it installed?

A: IbO is a SaaS application therefore it runs in the servers that Plantel allocates to offer the service. Avoid worrying about complicated installations, we deal with that.
Thus you don't need to invest in servers nor networks, nor make its maintenance. The only requirements are an access to Internet and a browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc...). On the product pages you will be able to find a list of the recommended browsers.

Q: When will I be able to begin working with IbO?

A: Your system of innovation will be ready to begin working just a few hours after completing the purchase order. If time is a critical factor in the success of the innovations: why to make it wait?

Q: How do I update my IbO package? will I have to pay for the update?

A: IbO keeps permanently updated without needing intervention by your side. We are in charge of implementing the updates as soon as available so that you always have the newest version of your system of innovation management. Of course you do not need to make additional payments for that.

Q: What if I have a doubt about the use of IbO?

A: IbO includes a great collection of contextual video tutorials that gives you support along the innovation process, helping you to optimize its management and solve doubts. Any user can consult the more suitable tutorials according to what is doing and his user profile.
This knowledge base already overcomes 4 hrs of video and keeps on growing from the requests of our clients or the doubts expressed to the support department.
Of course you can always consult with our support department in the mail support.ibo@plantel.com, where we will be glad to solve your doubts. In addition, can request the inclusion of new video tutorials on those aspects that consider appropriate.

Q: Do all the IbO users have the same permissions?

A: You will be able to allocate different permissions of access and administration to every user according to their profile, so that every participant gains access only at the level of information that the company considers to be suitable. You control the users registration and therefore you have entire control on the restrictions of access of each user to the diverse levels of information that IbO contains.
All the IbO packages include a good number of predetermined profiles that allow the management of access permissions in the most of companies. If your company wishes an even more personalized management, IbO suite also includes the possibility of creating new profiles, customizing the existing ones and even managing the permissions in the most minimal detail. Likewise you can add the extension 'Customizable user profiles' to your package IbO lite or IbO pro with the same result.

IbO Extensions

Q: Can I add additional functionalities to my system IbO?

A: You can find in Plantel Store information about the functionalities of every IbO package. Nevertheless, can add extra functionalities when you want. In the section 'IbO Extensions' of Plantel Store you can consult the available extensions and your compatibility with the different IbO packages.

Q: How can I know if an Extension is compatible with my IbO package?

A: To simplify the purchase process and to make sure that you're acquiring a compatible extension with your IbO package, at the moment of adding an extension to the cart we will show you the compatibility requisites in detail and ask you to confirm them.
Bear in mind in any case that the number of users of the extension and the pack must be the same and that the most of the extensions can only be applied to the packages IbO pro or IbO suite. In the 'Functionalities' section of every extension –at Plante Store– will find information about the compatible IbO packages.
Finally, we recommend you check that the functionality contributed by the extension is not already included in your IbO package. You can do it also by checking the 'Functionalities' section of both products.

Q: They ask me for the number of my subscription license: Where can I find it?

A: If you have one only active IbO package there's no need to indicate it. If have more than one, then you have to indicate us to which of them you want to apply the extension (every extension can be applied to one only subscription license). To know the number of a subscription license, open the corresponding IbO system and go to: Settings & Communication | General | Subscription agreement.

Q: What if the period of validity of the extension finishes later than that of the IbO package?

A: Naturally, you always have the option to renew the subscription to your IbO package, so that you keep on enjoying the extension. On the contrary, if you decide not to renew the subscription to the IbO package, of course will be able to request the cancellation of the extension. Once cancelled we will refund the proportional part to the entire calendar months that stay between the cancellation date and the end of the subscription of the extension, after deducting the whole of discounts applied by special conditions to which you could have adhered originally.

Data added to IbO

Q: What happens with the information in IbO when it finishes the period of use of the subscription license?

A: You will be able to export the information in xls format when you want. This will allow you to keep the data if decide not to renew the subscription to the IbO service, as well as to import it to a new system.

Q: Who is the owner of IbO? Who is the owner of the data?

A: Plantel is the owner of the IbO system. Nevertheless, all the data registered in the system by your organization are of your exclusive property. Plantel doesn't share in any case your information with external entities and we put ourselves in the obligation to keep the most strict confidentiality and maintenance of the suitable administrative, physical and technical defenses for the protection of the safety, confidentiality and integrity of your information.

Discounts, returns and changes

Q: What is the 60 days Moneyback Guarantee?

A: When you purchase any version of IbO or any of its extensions, you automatically get a money back guarantee of 60 days. This means that if you are not satisfied with our product can request the refund of your money. We will refund the total amount without conditions at the end of the period of 60 days since the date of payment.

Q: Is it possible to cancel a subscription to IbO?

A: Yes, you will be able to cancel the service for Just Cause with 30 days notice in advance. Once cancelled we will refund the proportional part to the entire calendar quarters that stay between the cancellation date and the end of the subscription, after deducting the whole of discounts applied by special conditions to which you could have adhered originally. Of course can also decline the renewal of the subscription in case you didn't want to keep on using our services.

Q: I have bought one of your IbO packages and I would like to change it by another one. Can I make a change?

A: Yes, you can make changes of the IbO subscription licenses when you want. The procedure will be the following one when the change is to a lower version of IbO: your current license will be cancelled and we will refund the proportional part to the period that stay between the cancellation date and the end of the subscription, after deducting the whole of discounts applied by special conditions to which you could have adhered originally. In the same act the new license will be activated for a new entire period and we will bill you for the corresponding amount.
If the change is to a higher version of IbO: your current license will be cancelled and we will refund the proportional part of the period of subscription that was remaining for expiring, although in this case without deducting the discounts applied by special conditions to which you could have adhered originally. Likewise, in the same act the new license will be activated for a new entire period and we will bill you for the corresponding amount.
In addition, you don't need to migrate your data. We take charge of the change and you will have your new IbO service available in a few hours. And without interruption of the service! You just have to tell us the number of license of the original subscription during your purchase at Plantel Store.

Q: Are there available volume discounts?

A: You can obtain considerable savings on purchasing packages for a greater number of users, although in strict sense the discounts do not exist. For example, the package IbO pro for 25 users has a cost by user and month of € 6,63, while in the package IbO pro for 750 users this cost diminishes up to € 2,77, that means a cost saving of 58,2%. Q: Is it possible some negotiation on the prices?

A: No, the indicated prices in Plantel Store are not subject to any modification.

Q: Are my data protected in IbO?

A: IbO is hosted in a security server environment that uses a firewall and other high technologies to avoid the interferences or the intruders access from the outside.
