Our company specializes in the management of innovation and differentiation. We work on the concept that innovation is a process and not timely inspiration of a genius, and therefore can be generated at will and sustained if proper procedures are used in the right environment.
The purpose of Innovation by Objectives and our own is to provide companies with a methodology for innovation management that thinks in business, is practical, easy to apply and especially provides measurable results.
This methodology was created to meet this need and does so based on three principles:

The Innovation by Objectives integrates all the innovation process in a cycle, since the generating and collection of ideas by diverse ways to the implementation of the innovations. A good system of Innovation management must also include the framework that supports the above mentioned process, the tool to manage it and a powerful monitoring system. The process of Innovation by Objectives constitutes a continuous cycle whose stages are synthetically:

- 2→ Design of Taskforces and Challenges to work on the achievement of every goal and target, and get focused ideas.
- 3→ Ideas undergo a stage-gate process to gradually check the feasibility and risk of every idea.
- 4→ Achieving of measurable results.
- 5→ Innovation scorecard and monitoring of results, people and performance.
