60-day Moneyback Guarantee

When you purchase any version of IbO or any of its extensions, you automatically get a 60-day moneyback guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with our product you can request the refund of your money. We will refund the total amount without conditions at the end of the period of 60 days from the date of payment.

To execute your guarantee you only have to send us an email to customer.service@plantel.com with the subject "Ref. - Execute 60-day Moneyback Guarantee" from the email address recorded in your profile in Plantel Store. You must include in the email the license number of the subscription agreement to IbO for which you want to execute the guarantee. You can find your license number in IbO, section "Settings & Communication | General | Subscription Agreement". Also write down the name of the package or extension you want to cancel. Remember that we must receive the email inside the 60 calendar days following the purchase of the IbO service that you want to cancel.

If you are executing the guarantee for the following packages, IbO lite, IbO pro or IbO suite, the data and information that your company had registered in IbO up to this point will be eliminated from the system and the license will be deactivated immediately. However, in the case of IbO Extensions, we will simply uninstall the mentioned extension from your IbO system, so that you will be able to keep on working with your IbO package without losing any data.
