To complete purchases in Plantel Innovation Store or access certain services, you will have to register your personal information and establish a password that will allow you to access all those areas that need previous identification. Henceforth this will save you from completing them again. At the moment you register in Plantel Innovation Store or make a purchase, your personal information, address, and the info related to the form of payment, are added to our database, being used only to proceed with the order, as well as to send information about offers and services that could interest you and only upon your request. At anytime you can modify the data in your profile (address, phone....) or request a password reminder if necessary.

We do not share your information with external entities and we are obliged to keep the strictest confidentiality and maintain suitable administrative, physical and technical defenses for the protection of the safety, confidentiality and integrity of your information.

We have a notices system on screen that identifies the errors during data entry and allows you to fix them. The information corresponding to the contracted service or product is electronically filed and can be accessed by customers at any moment.

IbO is hosted in a security server environment that uses a firewall and other high technologies to avoid the interference of or the access of intruders from outside. Also, IbO is provided with the Verisign security certificate (encrypted data transmission) in its version of highest security and confidence (“Green address bar”).

IbO emits a "cookie" for the session only to register the encrypted authentication data during the course of the specific session of use of the service. The session "cookie" includes neither the user password nor his name and surnames. IbO does not use "cookies" to store other confidential information on user or session, but it implements the most advanced security methods taking as basis dynamic data and encrypted session identifications.
